Lemonade
Recently I have found a new love for lemonade, especially still lemonade. Here are two recipes that I have found, which are absolutely amazing!
Watermelon Lemonade
Whats not to like Watermelon and Lemonade mixed!
All you need is:
• 4 cups of cubed and pitted watermelon
• 3 cups cold water
• ½ cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
• ½ cup (or more to taste) of organic sugar
• ½ cup (or more to taste) of organic sugar
Instructions:
- Puree the watermelon in a blender
- Bring the sugar and a ½ cup of water to a boil in a saucepan until it dissolves
- Stir in 3 cups of cold water and the lemon juice
- Combine the above ingredients by stirring it together in a jug or in the blender where the watermelon awaits.

Lemonade
This recipe is for a plain still lemonade which is a summer must to keep you cool and refreshed
All you need is:
• 3 lemons
• 175g (6oz) sugar
• 900ml (1.5 pints) boiling water
Instructions:
- Remove the lemon zest thinly using a potato peeler.
- Put the zest and sugar into a bowl or large jug and poor on the boiling water.
- cover and leave to cool, stirring occasionally.
- Add the juice of the lemons and strain the lemonade
